Customer Satisfaction is one of our top priorities in JTB Essentials. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can choose to return your order to us for a full refund if the following conditions are met.

• You are still within the first 30 days of your order being shipped.
• Your order is returned in its original condition (product, packaging, etc. all in original condition and intact).

Please get in touch with us if you would like to request a return. If the above conditions have been met, and your return is authorised, we will issue you a refund as soon as we receive the returned order. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
